Dale Resources, LLC was founded in 2005 by Anna J. Dale, Certified Management Consultant to provide individuals and businesses with a way to help them reinvest in themselves and their organizations. Joining the AICI has allowed continuing education to better service the client.

Through professional coaching, public speaking as well as health and wellness education and training programs, Dale Resources is able to educate and inspire individuals to lead healthier, happier and more productive lives regardless of their profession. AICI defined

The Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) is the leading and largest professional association of individual and corporate image consultants worldwide. Though there are many disciplines within the image industry, professionals within the industry can teach you how to polish your professional image in thee main areas; in your physical appearance, your behavior and your communication skills. A certified consultant is committed to ongoing education and personal development. This ensures a consultant committed, knowledgeable and experienced in producing results.

CMC defined

The CMC (Certified Management Consultant) designation is awarded to those select consultants who have demonstrated a history of substantive results for clients, adherence to the canon of ethics of the Institute of Management Consultants USA, and professional practice management. Global standards of technical competence and professional conduct are set by the 43-nation International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).

At this time, about 1,000 consultants in the United States have been recognized with the CMC. That is less than 1% of all active professional management consultants.
